Review of Kia Niro EV

KIA NIRO EV, HEV & PHEV Owner's Manuals & Brochures PDF above the page.

Kia Niro EV is equipped with an electric motor with a power of 150 kW (204 hp) with a torque of 395 N / m, allowing the electric car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 7.8 seconds.

The electric motor is powered by a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 64 kW / h, providing a range of 385 km on a single charge.

Customers will also be able to buy a crossover with a lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 39.2 kWh, which will allow the electric car to go up to 246 km on a single charge.

It will be possible to charge the novelty with the help of 100 kW of a fast charger by 80% in 54 minutes.

The battery pack is located under the floor of the car, creating a low center of gravity and providing maximum stability and driving pleasure on winding roads.

The electric crossover Kia Niro EV is equipped with a number of driver assistance systems. Available active safety systems include a warning about a collision with a car in front, and smart cruise control.

The Lane Follow Assist is a Level Two autonomous driving technology that tracks vehicles ahead and detects road markings to keep the Niro EV in its lane on the highway.

The system controls acceleration, braking and steering according to the behavior of the vehicles in front, using external sensors to maintain a safe distance. Lane Follow Assist works when driving from 0 to 130 km / h.
